Leakage Protection Plug (PRCD) Manufacturer
Zhongjian Electric makes the ZJLB series leakage protection plug — also called a PRCD (portable residual current device). The residual current sensing, the trip mechanism and the plug body are built into one part, so any appliance plugged in gets earth-leakage protection without extra switchgear.
Stocked models come in 10A and 16A rated current. Rated residual operating current is below 10mA and trip time is below 0.1s, with a mechanical and electrical endurance above 10,000 operations. Test and reset buttons on the body let the user check the trip function at any time.

Leakage Protection Plug questions
How is a PRCD plug different from a residual current breaker?
A breaker is installed in the distribution board and protects a whole circuit. A PRCD plug travels with the appliance, which suits water heaters and portable equipment that need their own protection.
Should I choose 10mA or 30mA?
10mA trips at a lower leakage level and is common for electric and solar water heaters in damp areas; 30mA is the usual level for general personnel protection. We build to the level required by the destination standard and the OEM design.
Can you supply to UL, VDE, BS or AS/NZS standards?
Yes. Plug configuration follows the destination market, and we provide the documentation needed for UL, VDE, BSI and SAA certification.
